associates to do the same, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience

Reports-I will provide you with a progress report
at least every two weeks to communicate current market conditions
and buyer activity as it applies to your property.
- Swat
Team-I will bring a team of marketing experts
through your home if no offer is produced within 45 days.
- Purchase
Offer-I will review with you all purchase offers
as they are represented and assist you in all negotiations.
Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will monitor
the progress of the purchase contract and keep you informed
throughout the transaction to closing.

Assistance-I will provide you with information
about our relocation services, which are available to you
