  • Action Plan -I will present to you our "Action Plan", the best plan for marketing your property.

  • Pricing Recommendation-I will provide you with a pricing recommendation and summary to help you determine the most effective list price for your property.

  • Financing Alternatives-I will give you information regarding various financing alternatives so that you can decide which methods will help you sell your property.

  • Estimated Proceeds-I will furnish you with an estimate of the proceeds you can expect upon the sale of your property.

  • Home Enhancement-I will review with you ways to enhance your property for sale to help you achieve the highest possible value.

  • Home Protection Plan-I will make available to you a Home Protection Plan which will help attract more Buyers and minimize potential future liability.

  • Multiple Listing Service-I will promptly submit the required information on your property to the local Multiple Listing Service.

  • Property Information-I will make available to local and out-of-town buyers a description and other information regarding your property.

  • Salability Potential-I will arrange for an assessment of the value of your property and its salability by my fellow sales associates and report to you their evaluations and recommendations.

  • Newspaper Advertising-I will arrange for your property to be advertised as soon as possible in the proper section of our weekly newspaper display ad. ¨ INTERNET-I will arrange for your property to appear as soon as possible on our site until it is sold.

  • Just Listed Notices-I will distribute "Just Listed" notices to appropriate areas to make prospective buyers aware your property is available.

  • Office/Broker Promotion-I will promote your property to my fellow sales associates and to other reputable brokers in the local market area.

  • Open Houses-I will arrange for open houses to be conducted if and when appropriate and as agreed to in advance with you.

  • Pre-Screened Buyers-I will pre-screen prospective buyers before I show your property, and strongly encourage other sales associates to do the same, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to you.

  • Progress Reports-I will provide you with a progress report at least every two weeks to communicate current market conditions and buyer activity as it applies to your property.

  • Swat Team-I will bring a team of marketing experts through your home if no offer is produced within 45 days.

  • Purchase Offer-I will review with you all purchase offers as they are represented and assist you in all negotiations. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will monitor the progress of the purchase contract and keep you informed throughout the transaction to closing.

  • Relocation Assistance-I will provide you with information about our relocation services, which are available to you at no cost, regardless of where you are moving.
